Artistic director Kenneth Zammit Tabona announces a thrilling line-up with both live and online performances
Teatru Manoel is back in full force for the new arts season, meeting the COVID-19 challenge head on with a pretty exciting full line-up for December. The end of year season is always a special time for the national theatre and, although this year things are looking somewhat different, the audience is still guaranteed a fantastic dose of theatre, concerts and performances.
Although the eagerly-awaited Christmas panto has been called off this year, the staging of A Christmas Carol by Teatru Manoel and Masquerade should go a long way towards filling that panto-shaped hole in our hears.
Parents will be happy to know that the ToiToi programme is back in full force, and that classical music will also shine thanks to Christmas with ViBE (featuring the Valletta Baroque Ensemble). There’s cabaret, swing and more, so check out the video interview for more details.
